1. Get Your Beauty Sleep.
Beauty sleep is a must for not only looking great but feeling great. Tiredness causes your skin to lose luster and sag. It also creates tension and makes you feel stressed. So take this lesson to heart and follow our girl Hilda’s example, she’s in her 50′s and continues to look fabulous.
2. It’s okay if sometimes things do not go your way.
Life sometimes throws wrenches in our plans and as maddening as those moments can be, well that’s just life. It happens, instead of dwelling on it just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and like Hilda keep on going.
Laughing is a great stress release and it is good for the soul so laugh – a lot.
4. Don’t be afraid to try new things, go on adventures.
The routines of our daily lives sometimes get us stuck in a rut, a cycle of home-work-home is not good for anyone in the long run. So once in awhile go on an adventure, do something new.
5. Spend some quality time with yourself.
Sometimes a woman just needs time to herself to read a book or just relax. Remember just like your friends and family YOU also need some one on one quality time with YOU.
6. Don’t be afraid to shake things up, think outside the box.
Life is not an assembly line we don’t always have to follow the rules as they have been laid out so don’t be afraid to make your own path.
